We are very happy that Archer has a good appetite. We have quite a system for preparing his food. We cook a lot of one food, mill it in the ‘KidCo’ baby mill and freeze it in ice cube trays. When the food is frozen we put the little cubes in bags. In the morning I take the food out of the freezer and make up all his meals for the day. It is easy to take each meal out of the fridge and warm it up. Here is a sample meal before warming it up- brown rice, baby bok choi, fish and squash. From Bonnie
